  • In the mindfulness workshop, we address the practices of accountability and self awareness through the concept of meditation and affirmations.

    Our interactions not only with other people, but with ourselves, can instantly promote an energetic shift in our everyday lives.

  • In a chaotic world, it's essential to take time to reset, recenter, and refocus. In our Serenity workshop, we aim to generate peace within by exploring connections between chakras, crystals, and zodiac signs.

    When you are at peace, you are much more aware of what you have to be thankful for in life.

  • To keep growing in self-love, we must nurture it like a plant needing water. The Growth workshop allows us to reflect on our past, present, and future. We express gratitude for overcoming challenges and recognize our ability to tackle future obstacles. True gratitude and thankfulness within self exemplifies growth.

  • You are literally the only version of yourself that there is and ever will be! 

    In the Acceptance and Appreciation workshop, we celebrate our strengths and individuality with a Sip and Paint event. We talk about maintaining holistic wellness—mind, body, and soul—and appreciate the beauty in everything around us while accepting our talents

  • The Receiving workshop combines key lessons from the other workshops. We often, subconsciously, block ourselves off from positive energy and opportunities waiting to enter our lives. In this workshop, we learn daily practices to welcome positivity. Our words and thoughts shape our reality, so let's use practices to create the reality we want.
