Imoni Moneé’s mindfulness conversations create a warm and inviting space where I felt comfortable sharing and connecting with other people who share similar interests. The creative activities, like screen printing, added a fun and interactive touch, making it more than just a typical conversation—it felt like a true community. I also had the opportunity to contribute to the toy drive, which was a beautiful way to give back while deepening my connections with other members. Well, through my continued practice and her techniques, not only did it helped me with my breathing but also helped me with lung expansion, allowing me to increase the amount of air intake into my lungs.
After learning breathing techniques, I wanted to do some low impact exercise. Imoni taught me chair yoga exercises which included breathing with the engagement of other body muscles. Perfect!!! Not strenuous yet effective!!!
