Heated to a comfortable 85 degrees, designed to ignite inner warmth and energy. This dynamic flow combines breath and movement to build heat from within, helping release tension and cultivate strength. Perfect for all levels looking to deepen their practice.

Deep Stretch Classes typically focuses on long-held, seated, and floor based postures that target the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.
