  • You do not need a membership to register for a regular class or event. Our classes and workshops are open to everyone and you can sign up anytime. However, becoming a member grants you exclusive benefits, including discounts, free classes, and access to curated resources.

  • We offer three different tiers of memberships:

    Haven is our free membership that welcomes you into our community! With this membership, you will gain access to member-exclusive events, a curated library of Self Care Wellness Resources, quarterly challenges with group accountability, and a 10% discount code to use on any workshop, service, or product offered by Love Through Lotus.

    Sanctuary is our Most Popular membership that Includes everything in Haven, plus free entry to in-person Love Through Lotus yoga classes* , monthly on-demand yoga classes and meditations, free merch, and a 20% discount on other Love Through Lotus services, products, and workshops.

    Oasis is our top tier membership that includes everything in Sanctuary, plus lifetime access to guided meditations, essential yoga classes, and an exclusive video library AND 50% off Love Through Lotus workshops, services, and products!

  • Everyone’s journey is unique. We recommend trying different classes and services to see what resonates with you. If you are new to yoga, we recommend trying out a foundational class, such as Mindful Elevation for gentle movement and breath work. If you are looking for a dynamic and strength-building class, Vinyasa Flow might be ideal for you. 

    If you are seeking a more tailored experience, we offer personalized services such as private yoga and breath work. Book a free consultation for more personalized guidance.

  • Classes are structured for regular practice and follow a schedule that is repeated weekly. Workshops are more immersive and focus on deeper learning. They provide an opportunity for in-depth exploration.

  • No. Packages can be used indefinitely until you run out of session and need to add more! :)

Classes

  • For a comfortable and fulfilling experience, we recommend bringing:

    A yoga mat, water bottle (hydration is key to feeling your best), and comfortable clothing (loose or stretchy clothes that allow for movement and breathability).

  • Follow Love Through Lotus on Eventbrite to stay updated on upcoming classes and events. You can easily sign up and receive reminders.

    For repeating classes at Pranayama House, book through Momence, where you can register and manage your schedule.

  • Love Through Lotus embraces the connection between mind, body, and spirit through Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga practices. We offer a range of classes that focus on harmonizing breath with movement, fostering mindfulness and self-awareness.

    Our Mindful Elevation class is a traditional Hatha yoga flow, encouraging yogis to utilize breathing techniques while transitioning through postures. This practice cultivates presence and strengthens mindfulness. Vinyasa flows offer opportunities to practice physical strength with dynamic, quicker transitions between postures, engaging muscles like the core. Each movement is paired with an inhale or exhale, reinforcing breath awareness and focus. For deep relaxation, our Yin yoga flows offer extended posture holds over multiple breaths, promoting flexibility and releasing both physical and mental tension.

    Each class is designed to elevate both body and mind, guiding yogis toward balance and inner peace.
