Over the next year, she aims to establish her personal brand within the Charlotte community and start curating her own events.
Q&A
What are some Charlotte based communities or organizations that you participate in or give back to and how? What is your role? *
I specialize in giving black-owned wellness brand the tools needed to thrive in digital spaces. I'm also passionate about cultivating safe spaces and unique experiences that encourage authentic connection. I've worked alongside Love Through Lotus, Charlotte-based florist @Perfect Bloomz, and various online-based wellness practitioners.
What is your favorite act of self care? How often do you give yourself this form of love?*
My favorite act of self care is stillness. I love to make time to be intentionally still in present moments without technology so I can check in with myself and my emotions. I try to do this at least once a week by connecting with nature.
What is one goal you wish to accomplish over the next year?*
A goal of mine is to establish my personal brand through social media content. By doing this, I hope to continue to expand my network in the Charlotte community and begin curating/hosting events of my own.
